We will be delivering a number of 5 week courses that will gain you 1 ASDAN Short Course credit. On completion you will receive an official foil marked certificate and a portfolio of your work.

Become an Author 5 week course
Week 1: An introduction to the ASDAN course, led by published author and youth worker, Danielle Webb. Have a talk on book publishing and create a story board for your own book.
Week 2: Bring along your story board and begin writing your narrative. Be guided by expert writers to help you bring your story for life.
Week 3: Enhance your story in this drawing and illustration workshop. Learn how pictures bring stories to life and begin the final details of your book.
Week 4: Make the final touches to your book ahead of it being sent for publication. Prepare a short presentation for your family at our book event next week.
Week 5: Bring along your friends and family to our book launch event. Celebrate your achievements and see your published books first hand.
